Large enterprises often struggle to standardise customer correspondence, such as letters, emails, and contracts, due to decentralised processes involving thousands of employees. This leads to brand inconsistencies, legal compliance issues & numerous underutilised or wasted staff hours.
Our goal is to create a self-service platform where enterprises can create & manage customer correspondence using templates.

define product's functional capabilities, perform concept testing with users to help mobilise dev team's feasibility investigations, and drive key product decisions based on user & stakeholder research
Design & Execution
create information architecture, detailed UI designs, and conduct concept tests for all features for different user groups—from the Contributor UI to the Template Builder
